You are the 'ambassador' of our unique lifestyle collection of hotels. On a spirited and energetic manner you sell and promote the divers' brands that Sircle Collection has to offer. In this role you are responsible for the Account Management of a number of corporate clients based in Spain and sell our collection of hotels throughout Europe. It goes without saying that you are result oriented. Besides you have a strong focus on Business Development by contracting new corporate clients in your area. You love to organize inspiring client events & show arounds, where your enthusiasm is beyond doubt. You follow the latest trends within the designated market segments together with the team and you are able to respond creatively. You will directly report to the Regional Director of Sales in Spain.
· Manage and prospect for Corporate business in order to meet and exceed annual and monthly budgeted room nights, room revenue and banquets revenue assigned to the this market segment
· Builds and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers
· Extend and negotiate contracted accounts and develop them with further growth
· Follow-up sales leads through diverse channels in order to contract new accounts
· Create and implement a prospecting plan and sales action plan
· Establish and maintain visibility of Sircle Collection within corporate segment
· Liaise with the Sales Team colleagues in Europe and Meetings & Event department
